The stiffeners for the right aileron were clecoed in place and matched drilled. The spar reinforcement brackets were clamped, and drilled accordingly.
The aileron ribs were clecoed in placed with the skin and spar and matched drilled. The bottom of the spar was drilled to #30 for the CS4-4 blind rivets.
The counter balance was clamped to the leading edge and drilled to #30, clecoing as I went along.
The nose ribs were clecoed in place, drilled to the skin, and then the nose rib to counterbalance hole was drilled.
The entire aileron was clecoed together and all parts were matched drilled and then disasembled and the counterbalance countersunk.
